Moxa ioLogik E1242 Ethernet Remote I/O

Overview

The Moxa ioLogik E1242 is an industrial Ethernet remote I/O module with 4 digital inputs, 4 configurable DIO channels (sink type), and 4 differential analog inputs. It serves remote-automation architectures where sensors and actuators are distributed away from the control room. Two 10/100BaseT(X) Ethernet ports allow daisy-chain topologies that eliminate the need for separate switches at each I/O node.

Supported Platforms

The ioLogik E1200 Series communicates via Modbus TCP (Server/Slave), EtherNet/IP Adapter, Moxa AOPC Active Tag, RESTful API, SNMP v1/v2c, and the Moxa MXIO library for Windows and Linux. Configuration is available through the web console, the ioSearch Windows utility, and the MCC Tool. The device also supports DHCP Client, BOOTP, and static IPv4 addressing.
