The Moxa EDS-G205A-4PoE is a 5-port, unmanaged full Gigabit Ethernet switch with Power-over-Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af/at) on four ports. Classified as power source equipment (PSE), it delivers up to 36 W per PoE port, enabling centralised power delivery to IP cameras, wireless access points, and other PoE-powered devices in industrial environments.
The five 10/100/1000BaseT(X) RJ45 ports all support auto-negotiation, full/half duplex, and auto MDI/MDI-X, providing plug-and-play deployment with no configuration required. The switch features store-and-forward switching, an 8K MAC address table, 1 Mbit packet buffer, and support for 10 KB jumbo frames.
