The Moxa CSM-G200-1221 Gigabit Ethernet-to-Fiber Media Converter Module is designed as a slide-in card for the Moxa NRack System™, providing seamless conversion between 10/100/1000BaseT(X) copper and 100/1000BaseSFP fiber connections. It enables operators to extend Ethernet networks with the flexibility of fiber, while centralizing multiple conversions inside a single NRack chassis.

Supporting both store-and-forward and pass-through modes, the CSM-G200-1221 offers versatility for different networking environments. Advanced link management features such as Link Fault Pass-Through (LFP) and Far End Fault (FEF) ensure quick detection of link issues, helping operators minimize downtime and improve troubleshooting efficiency.

The module supports jumbo frames up to 10 KB, allowing efficient handling of large packets in high-bandwidth applications such as video surveillance and data-intensive SCADA systems.
