MOBOTIX M16 TR Thermal Camera

The MOBOTIX M16 Thermal Camera including TR Technology featuring a calibrated thermal image sensor. Thermal radiation measurements made across the entire image area can be used to trigger an event based on the temperature increasing above or decreasing below an individually set threshhold. With a reliability of MTBF of over 8 years and a standard warranty of 3 years. 

MOBOTIX Optical Sensor

The optical sensor is included in the bundle offer and can be used for Thermal overlay as well as other optical based analytics.

Black Body Radiator

The Black Body Radiator provides a point of reference and increases accuracy and stability when combined with a MOBOTIX TR Thermal Camera. Black Body radiators are designed to provide a realtime and accurate reading point allowing it to be used 24/7.

What MOBOTIX high-end TR technology can do

• Display of temperature differences from 0.1°C (3.4°F )
• Exceeding or falling below defined temperature limits triggers event (alarm, network message, activation of a switching output)

Attention: Objects have different degrees of emission. Furthermore, radiation is reflected back from other objects. To increase the measuring accuracy, a black body radiator is therefore necessary, at best installed directly next to the object to be measured. This is the only way to ensure an exact reference value comparison. Distance and influencing environmental conditions must also be taken into account.
